Goods will be sent to the billing address you gave in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation using Royal Mail, First class, Tracked, Special Delivery or International Signed for. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. It would be best if you bore any additional customs clearance charges. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Marina Mall advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Processing of orders

Marina Mall, Shopify, Elavon or PayPal accounts will debit the customer’s account on the day of purchase. All prices include sales taxes (VAT) (where applicable), and no charge is made for shipping (For free Delivery Items only) unless otherwise stated. Processing of pre-orders may begin earlier than the release date to ensure that orders can be shipped to you in time for the release date.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed as being performed in the United Kingdom. United Kingdom’s law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the Site. Marina Mall aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the thing is not in stock with our suppliers, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or the item is in last stock (end of the line) and not in adequate quality. Some items may be unavailable, and the current stock status is approximate. Marina Mall cannot supply dates; our suppliers may get an item in stock.
