Right to Cancel – Return of unwanted or defective Items

You may cancel the order & return the item at any time but no later than 30 days after the day you received the product.

 

You are sending the cancellation notice by email, ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.

 

Following our returns authorization procedure where you have already received the goods, by contacting Marina Mall by email or phone, we will provide you with a returns authorization number and details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice and your returns authorization number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, which results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

 

 Items that are excluded from the right to cancel/return include the following: (angel) goods made to specification or otherwise personalized; unsealed optical media (such as DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, video games and computer software); (coffee) leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired; and used hard drives.

 

 We will refund your credit/debit card via Shopify, Elavon or PayPal once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Marina Mall, or if you fail to return goods, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred with attempts to collect the goods.

 Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Sent, Incorrectly Advertised Items.

 

  In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Marina Mall shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please notify Marina Mall of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. Please follow our returns authorization procedure by contacting Marina Mall by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorization number and details on how and where to send your item. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

 

 Multi-buy items: Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are damaged or defective. We can offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy items. Due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot show you a refund for the primary or qualifying item alone.

 

 Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not faulty by our independent test centre, we will return the item to you, and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check any gadget and its instructions before returning it carefully. We will not refund postage for items in good working order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused.
